Why I Created Inference Advisory
I created Inference Advisory for experienced professionals facing decisions that don't have obvious answers.

What is Inference Advisory?

Inference Advisory operates separately from Inference Search (my executive search firm), meaning the advice is unbiased, with no placement incentives, or conflict of interest.

Do you help with CV's/Resumes and interviews?
Yes. I guide your specific positioning for resumes, LinkedIn, and interview preparation.
I don't write resumes or LinkedIn profiles from scratch as I fundamentally believe your personal expression is more valuable when it comes directly from you. What I do, is show you exactly what's working, what's not, and how to position your experience strategically for the roles you're targeting.

Many clients aren't actively on the job market. They're exploring options, planning transitions, understanding the landscape, or building long term strategic roadmaps. Active job seekers benefit too, but it's not required.
What's your cancellation policy?
Payment is required upfront when you book. Sessions can be rescheduled with 48 hours notice. Cancellations within 48 hours are non refundable. This ensures I can serve committed clients effectively.
What geographical locations do you cover?
All sessions are via Zoom. I work with clients globally but predominantly across the United States, United Kingdom, UAE, and the rest of Europe
